What are the languages that I can use to contact your operators ?

When can I book car in advance ?

If you want to book car before less than 24 hour of renting period, you could use our E-mail service and also you can call our operators for that. But, in this case you need to be aware of car availability for the requested period and you should check this before you try to make an order. You mast book a car at least 1 day in advance if you want to use our website service.

What is the longest renting period of a car ?

In the case of booking the car through an e-mail or phone, your car should be rented at least one day period. If you rent a car through the website, your renting period should be at least more than 2 days period.

How can I be sure that I will 100% collect the exact car I have booked through the website ?

There is real photos and details of the cars you can order on our website. Because of that, your order is guaranteed to be the exact the one you booked. We will deliver the exact car you desire at the location you choose.

If somehow there will be a need to replace the car you chose, we are responsible to provide you with an exact replica of your favorite car with same gearbox type, class and other details.

How do you calculate the fee of renting ?

Your rent is getting calculated per day, after 24 hours from the picking up the car it’s considered as an one day. Also, any incomplete day is considered and calculated as one full day. But, we doesn’t require an additional fee from you if you return the car few hours late after the expiration deadline.

How can I cancel my order ?

You can cancel the booking at least 1 day prior to the hiring period if you doesn’t want any penalty. If you already have paid the price of your order, your money will be refunded to you through the method that you paid with.

What is the procedure of changing the car I booked ?

If you want to change any details of your order, like car type, location, booking date or time, you have to contact our personal with the e-mail info provided on our website. You must do this at least 24 hours prior to the starting time of your renting period.

What should I do if I want to extend the renting period of my car ?

You can only extend the renting time of your desired car if it’s not reserved during the period you are requesting.  For that reason, you should check our website and see if the car you are requesting is available or not, then contact us with e-mail or through our office. If the car is unavailable, we can replace it with the similar type of car.

What is the method of payment for my order ?

You must pay the full price of the rental service before you could collect a car.

There is three different kind of payment methods that you can use:

  1. Paying with a cash after the signing of the contract
  2. Transferring money through the bank account. This must be done according to the invoice and at least one week before the start of the rental period.
  3. You can also pay with the credit cart, but this option will add the 5% fee of the payment service to your payment.

Which currency can I use to pay for the rental services of the car ?

You are obliged to use the Georgian national currency Lari (GEL) to pay for the renting services. If you travel with the different kind of currency, our office will help you to exchange it according to the official exchange rates of the national bank of Georgia.

What is included in the price of the rental service ?

  1.  The insurance of the driver and the person, also the full 100% insurance of the vehicle
  2. Unlimitted amount of mileage.
  3. The price of the parking lot in Tbilisi.
  4. Every additional cost of taxes.
  5. Also in the case of some cars, cost also includes the deposit from the customer, which is returned to customer after the exact moment car is delivered.

What would happen if the driver gets fined while driving the rented car ?

You may receive a fine from the patrol police personnel, which should be fully paid within a one month of period. Also, there could be issued a video penalty if you violate the rules of the driving on the road and the installed camera record that. For this case, you will be notified by our staff about your fine, which you should pay through the bank or via the ATM. Also, you could pay the fine at our office with cash when you return the rented vehicle.

If you park the car at the wrong location, you will find a fine ticket on the windshield of your car. Also your car may be taken off the streets and parked at the penalty parking lot. You can pay the parking penalty fee with the ATM or through the bank. If your car is at the penalty parking lot, you have to contact our customer support immediately and they will return the car to you. In this particular situation, the customer will be responsible for paying for the charges of the penalty parking lot and the fine.

What kind of insurance policies do your office offer ?

Every car we own is ensured by the Leading Georgian insurance company. They are covering the full price of the damage caused by natural disaster, car accident, any theft and misfortunes like this. In the case of car accident, the driver and the third person will not pay anything for the car damages. If the driver is a reason of the car accident, he would still pay the administrative fines for the violation of the traffic rules.

The insurance of the drives and the passengers life is 10000$, but this amount could be increased up to 50000$.

To use this service, you must send the copy of the passport to our office at least 4 days in advance before the start of the renting period.

First package consists the life insurance of 20 000$ for the driver and the passengers and its fee is 30 euros, but if you want this limit increased to 50 000$, you must pay 65 euros as a fee.

The number of drivers is not restricted by the insurance policy, so a rented car can be driven by different people without any additional fee. But, you must follow this rules in any case:

 

  1. The drivers age must be at least 21

 

  1. The driver needs to have at least one year of driving experience

 

  1. The driver must own a valid driving license

 

  1. The driver is forbidden to drive the car under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

 

  1. The driver must make sure to don’t let any person drive the car who does not meet this requirements listed above this.

 

  1. Don’t try to start the car at the location of the car accident and immediately call the police patrol number (112) and also call the office of the insurance company and our customer service.

You must call the police at site of the car accident to fill the necessary documents and the insurance company will compensate the damages according to this documents. If you don’t call the police, our office and the insurance company, you will be responsible for the compensation of all losses.

The driver is responsible for taking care of the car tires while driving the rented car on the rough roads. In this case, the accidental damage is not insured by the insurance company in Georgia and the loses would not be compensated by them. If the tire gets damaged, the driver is responsible for paying the fee of the losses, which is ranged from 40 to 11 euros.

 

The services of the Insurance Assistant:

  1. If you have a flat tire, you can contact the insurance company about that and their assistants will help you to change the damaged tire.
  2. If you run out of fuel, the enough fuel will be provided by the insurance company to drive to the nearest petrol station.  The price of this amount of fuel must be paid in cash.
  3. If the battery becomes low, the representatives from the the insurance company will help you to start the car.
  4. In the case of the vehicle break down, the insurance company representatives will help you to evacuate the car to the nearest auto service for free.

 

What is the type of the damage that will not be compensated by the insurance company representatives?

They will not pay for the damage of the tire, suspension system or engine if their damage is not caused by the car accident. If the damage is caused by the driver intentionally, he/she will be obliged to fully repay the losses.

What should I do if the rented car will be stolen?

We doesn’t have any record of the cases like this, but if it happens the driver is obliged to call the police immediately and also our representatives and the insurance company. You must consider the caution rules and never leave the key in the car. Otherwise, the representatives of the insurance company will not be responsible for reimbursing the cost of the stolen vehicle.

Do you require the deposit ?

Most of the cars in our possession doesn’t require a deposit to rent. The cars which require such fees are marked on our website and their deposit details can be found by clicking on their picture. The amount of the deposit is different for the various cars and it varies from 100 euro to 400 euros.

Is the mileage of the car limited ?

No, the mileages of our cars are unlimited.

What type of vehicles do you offer for the rental orders ?

Our company has the biggest variety of cars for you to pick and rent. Their type includes: jeep, sedan, minibus, business class cars and even the limousines, also economical cars too.

Can I rent a car and also a driver ?

Yes, you will be able to rent a car and a driver in Georgia and also In Azerbaijan and Armenia.

If you don’t see the option of renting a car with a driver during the booking of the car, you must check the appropriate options like the service of a driver in Tbilisi or Driver service out of Tbilisi area. The cost of this service will be determined by the agreement.

What is the technical condition of the cars we are hiring ?

All of our vehicles are in the best possible technical condition. They are going through the visual inspection and the technical maintenance before every renting order in our auto service. The new brand cars also still have the factory guarantee and for the safety reason, the cars in our service are always equipped with the appropriate kind of tires for each season.

What is the condition of the car that we collect and return?

Our office is responsible to deliver the freshly cleaned car to you. Also, through our website you can order the car with a prepaid full tank by checking the appropriate option during the booking process. In this case, you will collect the vehicle with a full gas tank, which you may return with an empty tank. According to this option, the cost of the rest fuel in the tank will not be compensated. Also, you could also choose the option of full tank-full tank, which will give you chance to collect the car with a full tank, but in this case you must return the car with a full tank too. If you don’t do this, you will be charged for the cost of fuel.

If you don’t choose any of this options during the booking process, we will deliver the car to you with a minimum amount of fuel in the tank to reach the nearest gas station. In this case, the car must be returned with a same amount of fuel in the tank after the end of the renting period. Also, if we find out that some damage of the car is caused by the driver during in the process of returning the vehicle, he/she will be obliged to fully compensate the damage fees.

Which fuel should you advice the driver to put in the car and also which gas stations should be used ?

Our office recommends this following gas stations: Wissol, Rompetrol, Socar, Gulf, and Lukoil stations. Socar stations. Most of the vehicles consume Euro-regular (92/93 octane), Premier (95 octane), Super (98 octane) and diesel (Euro-5). The price of this kind of gas will be between 65 to 85 euros.

What kind of additional car equipment can I book with the car ?

Our company has big variety of necessary equipment you may use during the journey. We can offer you best accessories for travel like GPS, toddler and infant seats, roof rack or basket, anti-slip chains and tow chains, also ski and bicycle clasps, mp-3 player and of course the cell phone charger too. If you want to book any of this equipment during the order, you must check the appropriate option while you book the car on our website.

How can the driver check the vehicle before she/he collects it ?

Our office representatives recommend to get a car in compliance with the following rules:

  1. You must first examine the exterior and interior of the vehicle. If you visually notice some damage, you should take a photo of it in the presence of the office representative.
  2. Take the photo of the indicator panel or check and write down the amount of fuel by yourself.
  3. You must check the mileage of the vehicle and write it down, or also just take a photo of indicator panel.
  4. The driver must check the cooling and brake fluid.
  5. Check the oil in the engine of the car.
  6. You should check the car thorough to see if it has a jack, wrench and a spare tire ready to use.
  7. Windshield washer fluid also should be checked.
  8. The electrical devices like front and side lights, heating system, flickers, doors and windows lock with air conditioner also must be checked.
  9. You must warm-up the car and then start it to check the brakes.

This recommendations will minimize your future problems and eliminate the car failure chance during the renting period of the car.

What is the location of the collecting a car and returning ?

Our services offers you picking up locations at every domestic and international airports in Georgia, also at hotel parking places. Also, you can pick up your car at our office. But the locations of the picking up and returning a car may be different, so you must check the appropriate option of car delivery and return during the booking process. This way you will get your desired car without coming to our office. You can return or pick up the car from our office for free of charge, but on the other locations you will be charged for delivery according to the distance between your desired parking spot and our office.

The locations and the amount of fee for picking up and dropping of service is written on our website where you can check it by yourself. The rented vehicles couldn’t be collected or returned outside of the Georgia.

How can I find your office at the airport territory ?

When you order the car delivery at the airport, the representative from our office will meet you at the arrival hall with the banner with your full name on it. This will make your arrangements easier, also you will receive a phone number of this representative at least 2 days before your visit.

Is the driving prohibited on any part of the territory of the Georgia ?
